Issue Description

The new version is showing only pages, the prior version showed pages and namespaces - which then affected the way that the other apps interact with it.

The following shows pages as unordered lists and namespaces as twisties that show other pages underneath

The latest version seems to identify everything as an unordered list

The plugin used to build it's own HTML reusing classes from the sitemap. This has now been streamlined to use the current renderer. Namespaces can still be identified via the node class.

We're not opposed to add some basic styling for namespaces again, but it's not a priority for us.
