Disable 'nrw.' subdomain and forward to 'partnerschule.' #142
Description
The nrw. subdomain is no longer required and the associated form should no longer be available. If someone accesses this subdomain she should be forwarded to the usual registration form for our partner schools (which is available under partnerschule.corona-school.de)
