Code Cleanup

1. The README is out of date. It tells users to go to `localhost:1234/gui` when they just need to go to `localhost:8080`. Also it could be more concise.
2. We should probably rewrite some parts of the README to be a better description of what MiniBot is.
3. There's a `package-lock.json` in the root directory w a t
4. Yeah just general cleanup of code
