Issue Tracker link goes to "forbidden" page on the site

At the page https://copasi.org/Support/ there's a link to Issue Tracker (http://tracker.copasi.org/) but when I try to follow it it displays the
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server."
message.

@shoops changed it due to DDOS attack to be available for select ips only. I'm not sure if this is still needed.

It is not DDOS, it is the LLM bots pounding the page. I think it is still needed, otherwise database keeps failing with too many connections

No, unfortunately; the IP has been already changed because not static.
I used https://github.com/copasi/COPASI/issues instead.
