Steps to Reproduce

1.1. Add environment variables as NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0
2. Save and Deploy, then this error showed up.
3. I deleted that variables.
4. Save and Redeploy again, but the problem is still there.

Can you check the Coolify Laravel logs for any further errors. The scp error does not make it clear where exactly the problem comes from, it could be unrelated to your environment variable. You can access them by running on your Coolify Server:
