[Bug]: Coolify doesn't detect version 29.x docker engine

Description and Error Message

I have Docker version 29.6.2, build dfc4efb on Ubuntu Server 26.04 and I haven't been able to use coolify on it for months now. It was working just fine on 24.04 before updating. I've manually removed all the packages and reinstalled them with no luck.

Expected Behavior

1. Install Coolify when running Ubuntu Server 26.04 and it work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Coolify on a separate machine running Ubuntu Server 24.04
2. Add a secondary server running 24.04 (it'll work correctly and install all the needed packages)
3. Update the secondary server to 26.04
4. The server will not longer be usable, remove the server information and try to readd it. It will fail.
