Import (theme) mysql dump via manager » maintenance

Description

If you install a theme at the beginning of the installation, there is (at the moment) only one chance to import the given mysql dump. It's the dialog that is shown after installing the packages and before migrating the database.

It would be nice to have an option to come back to this dialog via the maintenance page, maybe in the dropdown where you can check the database scheme or migrations. This is especially useful if you run into a bug like #910

By the way, the same could be useful for later usage. It looks to me that you can create backups but not restore them (or did i miss something?).

Will outdated backups deleted by the manager? Or contao itself? I can still see the mysql backup from 01.01.26 (contao demo, 16 days old by now).

Contao deletes them according to the configured retention policy.

The manager (currently) does not allow to install database backups (except for the initial theme installation), because that could unintentionally destroy your database. If #910 is the only reason this would ever be necessary, then we should fix #910 and not add a side-feature to work around a bug 🙃
