UX issues with the dropdown menu

Description

When navigating to the dropdown menu, the delay is so long that a user is kind of forced to click the menu item, thus leading to closing the dropdown again.

Users that did yet not realize that the link opens a dropdown on hover, will click again, leading to some confusion

Proposal

• Only open the dropdowns on click
• Only open the dropdowns on hover
