How to do App Preview?

If you are looking for help, please confirm the following...

• I confirm I have searched the Docs, Codemagic Sample Projects, and GitHub Discussions.
• I confirm the software versions on my local computer match the ones in CI environment (e.g. Xcode version, Gradle version). See here
• I confirm I am able to do a fresh clone of the repository and build the project on my local computer.

Which mobile framework are you using?

Flutter (Dart)

Steps to reproduce

1. Made a teams acc
2. Made a codemagic.yaml with the script in the docs

Expected results

See the app preview button.

Actual results

I am not seeing the app preview button to preview my app.

Can you please confirm that you followed the steps in this section of the docs as is - https://docs.codemagic.io/yaml-testing/app-preview/
If your app is in a team account, you are probably missing out on a flag required in the build command of your YAML script. Kindly double-check with the samples here and do let me know how it goes on your end.

Same issue, you need to Switch to YAML configuration, it is not obvious from the first glance and confused me. It is not enough just to have codemagic.yaml, you need to choose to use it in UI

Not sure I fully got your message, but you can make use of App Preview whether you are using the YAML configuration or the Workflow Editor. If you are using the YAML configuration, you can follow the steps here to make use of the App Preview feature - https://docs.codemagic.io/yaml-testing/app-preview/
And if using the Workflow editor, kindly follow the steps here instead - https://docs.codemagic.io/flutter-testing/app-preview/.
In case you mean that having this set up in codemagic.yaml file in the repo is not enough on its own if the Workflow editor is what is used to run the build, then that's right. Whichever (Workflow Editor or YAML) you are using to run the build is where you need to have the setup.
