Remove the hover state from results OR provide some action on click

It is somewhat confusing that you hover over a results page and you can't click. Perhaps you should be able to click to expand the result and see more information (we have other info available for most organizations like a description). We could also show a small map with the location of the organization and a pin for the location of the person.
