[BUG] Non-English model shown in English list

Bug Description

In Model, after setting the language to English, some models are shown that don't target English:

I've opened a draft PR to fix this: #1309

The Models settings page was initializing its language filter to "all" on every mount, ignoring the user's selected_language preference. The fix reads the saved language from AppSettings via useSettings() and uses it as the initial filter value. When set to "Auto Detect" or unset, it defaults to showing all models (preserving current behavior).

Testing on a dedicated Windows machine now -- will mark ready for review once verified.

I think the fix you're suggesting is different than what the user asked here?

It's simply that Breeze ASR is really not an English transcription model. I or someone needs to test this. It's primarily code switching where English is supported but not meant for only English

I've decided this is not a bug. Breeze ASR does in fact support English
