Tidy: Terms of Use

The Tidy Community Edition is free for personal, non-commercial use.
Commercial use requires a paid commercial license.

Definitions

- "Tidy" means the software, source code, and related assets in this repository.
- "Personal use" means use by an individual for private, non-commercial purposes.
- "Commercial use" means use by or for any organization, business, government,
  school, or other entity, or any use intended for commercial advantage.

Permissions (Personal Use)

You may use, copy, modify, and distribute Tidy for personal use only, provided
that you keep this license notice intact.

Commercial Use

Any commercial use, distribution for commercial advantage, or deployment within
an organization requires a paid commercial license from the maintainer.

Limitation of Liability
