Subscribed students can't access their learning paths after update to 1.11.38

Describe
After update to 1.11.38, all students subscribed to a learning path get only a blank page when trying to access it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Access Chamilo with a student account.
2. Go to "My Courses" and access the course home page.
3. Click on 'Learning Paths'
4. The Learning Paths opens but there is nothing listed there.

Expected behavior
Clicking on "Learning Paths" in the course home page should open a list of learning paths the student is subscribed to.

Before anyone asks: no, there is no prerequisite: all learning paths are independent.
