Unable to download map data

when we tried to download map data, it showed ‘there is no keyword argument named layers’

cga-harvard /cga-worldmap in Github has multiple branches, in which the main branch is ‘legacy’, while the installation document of Worldmap suggests us to download ‘wm-develop’ branch.
And we found the wm-develop branch do not have some fundamental functions ,which may be the reason.
