Bump qs and parcel in /example

Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [parcel](https://github.com/parcel-bundler/parcel). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `qs`

Updates `parcel` from 1.12.3 to 2.16.3
