Encoding error #710

I have a movie that I am trying to encode. The audio is not being re-encoding so it's just video. One time the program crashed at 15 mins in and now it crashed again. It's a 4k HDR source. Here's the error:

Machine doing the work is a AMD 9600x with 64GB of ram.
