[BUG] Browser settings / themes do not survive log out and log in

Browser Settings / Themes go back to default after logging out and logging back in:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in via OIDC, in my case, Authentik
2. Set the Browser Settings / Theme
3. Theme persists while logged in
4. Log out and back in via OIDC
5. Theme is reset to default
