The RDM table, rdm_drafts_metadata, isn't the review queue as I had previously assumed (I tried to see the records with updates in draft but that failed to come up in the Web UI). Is the end point with "/me/requests/..." the one that is the review queue?

You want the community requests for community = "aedd135f-227e-4fdf-9476-5b3fd011bac6" The python implementation is https://github.com/caltechlibrary/ames/blob/736ad90e0304b944369d318fcf1aa1dfc2c0b20a/ames/harvesters/caltechauthors.py#L120, but my guess is a query on the requests table might be analogous with a couple of filters.
