libpluto and OpenScop

Hi !
During the version bump from 0.11.4 to 0.12.0, the pluto code was split in two folders lib/ and tool/ (commit d36fa56)
But because of this libpluto no longer accept openscop format as input and only isl format.
Is there any reason for this change ?
OpenScop support for both input and output would be really nice. Moreover all functions to switch from OpenScop to PlutoProg are still available in tool/ but not accessible from libpluto
