core: frontend: Top bar changes it's height if the disconnection message appears

Current behaviour

When the vehicle disconnects the bar changes the height

Expected or desired behaviour

It should not change the height

Prerequisites

• I have checked to make sure that a similar request has not already been filed or fixed.
