Optional dependency to gtest

In vcpkg package manager rmqcpp has dependency to gtest.
https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/master/ports/rmqcpp/vcpkg.json
Normally, gtest package is unnecessary for using the library and could be included optionally.
