Cannot upload video-stuck at 100 mb

I've tried to upload single video and multiple videos on BIIGLE 2.0 platform. No matter the size of the video, the upload process always stuck at 100 mb uploaded. Has this been an issue for anyone else?

Do you see any errors if you open the browser developer tools with F12 and look at the "console" tab?

Thank you for the reply. I did see an error from the issue tablet: "Form elements must have labels: Element has no title attribute Element has no placeholder attribute". What does it mean? I tried someone else's laptop, and it worked---one 2 GB video was successfully uploaded to the platform.

These errors/warnings seem unrelated to the upload issue. Were there any other messages in the "console" tab? Does the upload never work on your laptop or only sometimes? Did you use a different browser on the other laptop?
