Feature Request: The ability to set a prediction as semi-public

I'd like to be able to use PredictionBook as a public repository of my predictions without necessarily broadcasting all my predictions to the world. So the option to set a prediction visibility so it will only show up on my user page, but for *anyone* who looks at my user page would be very helpful.
