Create a dummy html interface for designing themes #34
Description
Creating themes is sometimes difficult and takes time in the application.
What I suggest is to create a dummy or sample html page with sample/fake chats, users and content.
Theme developers then can use this in their desired editor and create themes offline.
Once that is done, it can be finally tested in the app.
Down the track, possible an online UI theme maker can be added using similar concept.
