Custom CSS is not applied on startup

I have to apply it manually every time I start the app.

Arch Linux
Installed from AUR (beeper-latest-bin)

This is not a bug, this is intentional. The maintainers have explained that this is because the theme API is still a WIP and they don't want to brick your installation due to a version update.

@duoi still though, it would be nice to let us brick stuff 😆

Seems like it would make more sense to apply themes automatically, but have a "Safe mode" that Beeper can be launched in, to disable custom CSS. Maybe even make it automatic: If the user closes and re-launches the app 3+ times in one minute, automatically launch in safe mode, or at least provide a dialog offering to do so.

@e-t-l it has been almost a year since they got acquired. Sadly I am losing hope on any user facing major improvements in the near future
