I would start with getting on the v3 branch of the action which has improved error handling and reporting. https://github.com/bcomnes/deploy-to-neocities/releases/tag/v3.0.0 has a new notes on what's breaking about it, and the example in the README should be up to date. Max file size depends on supporter status (do you pay for neocities or not), but I don't know off hand what the max file size is. For large files, it's probably better to keep it on something like b2 and link to it from your Neocities. Git also particularly doesn't do well with large files. |

My most recent 3 neocities deploys have failed, with message "Error uploading files". It's probably because the changes are too big (455mb, 110mb, 129mb), but i dont know for sure. What is the size limit for this?
