Consistent visualization theme

In our documentation we have visualizations created with several different themes:

• arviz-darkgrid
• arviz-white
• arviz-variat
• arviz-doc
• No theme + ad-hoc matplotlib customizations. This is common when someone contributes an example notebook.
• Seaborn default theme since after Interpret refactor #971, visualizations made with bambi.interpret are built on top of seaborn.objects.

I would like us to have visualizations in our documentation follow a consistent theme.
Should that be...

• Default matplotlib?
• Default seaborn?
• One of the previous default + a few nice customizations?
  • We'd need to make sure it's easy to use without having to copy paste configuration settings.
• Some ArviZ theme?
  • How do we use it in non-arviz visualizations?
  • As far as I know, (some) ArviZ themes use a tight layout + large dpi. Many figures end up looking incredibly large on my screen. And in many cases figures look weird in the website. With default matplotlib/seaborn this does not happen.

Finally, even though I like seaborn.object's API, I don't think we should give users the impression that they need to use seaborn to customize a visualization created with bambi.interpret.plot_*. It's fine if we do that in notebooks, but there should be at least one example showing how to perform customizations with plain matplotlib.

The dpi in arviz can be ajjusted globaly using rcparams. Additionally, I have been thinking defaulting to a smaller value.

Not sure what do you mean by "how do we use it in non-arviz visualizations?" The themes are global, affecting matplotlib, plotly and bokeh.

I suggest to use an arviz-theme, modifications to existing themes or new themes are welcome.

Is this the only page with arviz available styles? https://python.arviz.org/en/stable/examples/styles.html
I also know of variat, but I can find a page where it appears.
Do you think one load + modify an arviz theme as needed?

When I said modifications to existing themes are welcome, I mean modifications to the styles in arviz. But it is also possible to apply customizations for Bambi docs. For instance, adding a grid.

That is what I understood, but having flexibility on Bambi's side is also nice. Otherwise, we may end up needing to perform a release on ArviZ side, potentially affecting examples, for a minor change on Bambi side.
