Smart patcher that runs key fixes on the fly just like Joiplay's smart patcher.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Crash handler that'll show what causes a crash and the option to change it in memory and restart the game instead of immediately closing it (for XP and VX Ace)

tbh, doing manual rxdata unpack, or manually putting ruby script into mkxp-z is such a hassle and too much work, especially if I only have Ryzen 3 2200 😭🙏
