Booleans with custom values have issues with 'checked' condition

In certain cases, boolean values aren't reacting to the checked condition for the view mode as one might expect, and as occurs in the edit mode.

Conditions for the failure:

• Boolean field selected as the dependee, with custom values (e.g. 1 and 0 manually entered in field settings)
• Condition selected as checked (as opposed to value)

It might be worth testing this in Drupal 7 to see if this particular case works there or not.
