AGP 9 support

AGP 9 is around the corner. That brings also significant DSL changes unfortunately.

I have branch that compiles with AGP 9 but tests are failing. I'm not experienced plugin author - not sure how to handle the breaking change in the dependency. Let me look around.

Thanks for the issue. I hope this doesn't require updating the min required AGP to 9.

For now, with AGP version 9.0.0, it works correctly and only shows me this warning:

The Dependency Analysis plugin is only known to work with versions of AGP between 8.4.2 and 8.13.0. You are using 9.0.0. Proceed at your own risk.
