Add "fast"/"rapid" channel to operator

The current graph typically lags behind the latest release of SpiceDB to give time to shake out things like performance regressions. We've had asks from users to provide a "fast" or "rapid" channel to stay up with the most current release of SpiceDB.

We'll need some additional automation/machinery for this, but it's very doable.
