Code of conduct #342

Description

@matt-graham

Having a code of conduct in place is important to ensure the project's community remains welcoming and inclusive.

It would make sense to adopt an appropriate existing code of conduct, most likely the Contributor Covenant. A key requirement will be putting in place a suitable reporting mechanism - for example a web-form or shared mailbox - and considering who will be responsible for reviewing and deciding on action in the case of reported violations.
