FAQs: add autoscroll

When clicking on a FAQ, you sometimes cannot see the answer, that is a bit confusing --> add autoscroll

tried something in https://github.com/asterics/AsTeRICS-Ergo/tree/bklaus/issue%23120/add-autoscroll-faq but it does not work perfectly, I still have to improve it...
