Why no Generic type for error

- No generic error type for the proposed [Result](#result-class) class will be added.

There are two concerns regarding this point in the README:

1. How does typing relate to the TC39 Committee?
2. What are the arguments for this statement?

Please note that microsoft/TypeScript#13219 is not relevant here. It discusses the throws clause specifically, not the case when a "Result" is returned.

2. Error typing is out of scope for this proposal and we don't want to think about it. The Result class is entirely and only introduced because the try operator requires it.
