When I create "Business Expense", it is not reflected in ledger even though expense account is created and chosen.

Describe the bug
When I create "Business Expense", it is not reflected in ledger even though expense account is created and chosen.
The expense amount is not added in the ledger and no journal entry or transaction is created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to entity dashboard -> sidebar -> Click on "Business Expense" (Create "Unit of Measure" First).
2. Create "Business Expense" (Set a default amount)
3. Go to dashboard again
4. See that the expense amount is not reflect in ledger and journal entry.

Expected behavior
The expense amount should be reflected in ledger and a journal entry should be created as well.

A business expense is just a category with a predefined unit of measure.
You must still create a bill and add this expense to it, and mark the bill as paid.
