[Bug]: aic8800 driver will not get installed on rockchip64-edge

What happened?

After this PR #8703, build for rockchip64-edge uses kernel 6.17.
Since aic8800 driver skips on kernel 6.17 the driver will not be installed.

How to reproduce?

1. In rockchip64 find or create a board that contains this config.

ENABLE_EXTENSIONS="radxa-aic8800"

2. Build image for that board using edge branch.
