Added a dev branch

A dev branch has been added to the repository.

This branch allows upcoming features and changes to be previewed before they are merged into main or included in a release.

Examples of upcoming features and changes include:

• SVG support
• GPU-accelerated video rendering integration scenarios
• GPU interop overhaul

Please note that dev may contain incomplete or unstable work. Problems that occur only on dev are not considered valid targets for Issues.

For feedback or suggestions about the dev branch, please use Discussions instead of Issues.
