Time Request Template Trouble - isApprover

Hello - I am brand new to PowerApps so it's very possible I am missing something incredible simple, and I apologize if that's the case, but I am stuck.

I have created all of the requisite lists from the instructions, including TimeOffApprovers. I listed myself in there, with my email address under the "Email" column. But I continue to get errors anywhere the variable "IsApprover" is used.

I am positive the list name & email addresses are accurate - and I have not changed anything in the OnStart code for the app... what are some other things I can check out to help determine why this keeps producing errors?
