Many (most?) public methods/types/const have no godocs, are undocumented. #597
Description
Currently many public methods/types/const don't have any godoc comments, a prominent example being the pod manifest itself, https://github.com/appc/spec/blob/master/schema/pod.go#L30.
We do have the spec itself but providing a library we should have good godoc comments.
