Set alpha releases as pre-release instead of latest

Clear and concise description of the problem

When using third party applications to update anytype appimage (like gearlever) doesn't make it possible to choose in between "stable" (i know it's still beta..) and alpha, since both get tagged as latest release.

Suggested solution

Apply "latest release" tag only to beta releases, and pre-release tag to alpha
