Would it be possible to change the unlimited into an infnity icon or ∞ for cleanliness? Or a way for myself to do it locally

You need to edit the source code, this is not configurable right now.

I've created a PR for this request. The default stays "unlimited" in text, but if the user wants to change this, there is an option added to change the icon_unlimited in the status_icons if the user wants to.
