Adds International Telephone Input to ACF.
Allows separate dial code, drop down, initial country (auto or manual), exclude countries, only countries and preferred countries.

This ACF field type is compatible with:
- ACF 5
- Copy the
acf-intl-tel-inputfolder into yourwp-content/pluginsfolder - Activate the International Telephone Input plugin via the plugins admin page
- Create a new field via ACF and select the International Telephone Input type
