Packaging pioneer: brew

• What do we have to do to have $ brew install acord?
• Create a brew package

In order to create a brew package we have 2 flows - build it from source (e.g create a formula in homebrew-core) or distribute binaries(cask script in homebrew-cask).

• Requirements for homebrew-core formula. The ones that are stopping us are:

  • Apple x86_64 support - We've never tested it. I guess it will be fine, but we have to make sure that plugins are okay with that too.
  • Stable version - we're still in beta, so we'll have to wait for that
  • Cite: Be known (e.g. GitHub repositories should have >=30 forks, >=30 watchers or >=75 stars)

• Requirements for homebred-cask:

  • Apple x86_64 support
  • Cite: Be known (e.g. GitHub repositories should have >=30 forks, >=30 watchers or >=75 stars)
  • beta here is not a problem since we can tag it as a @ beta
