feat: setup release-please #442
Description
In #420 we discussed using a tool like release-please to manage the changelog as we move the project forward. I like that idea as a middle ground between strict semantic release and the security options we want for authorizing releases to npm.
Let's give release-please a try to see how that works . it's nice to try now as we don't have a release setup yet but that can come next. and for the time being it can just track the updates we have for us and we can see how it works.
