New setting for configuring the matching pattern for customers

I've set email as an optional field. If a person only enters a phone number, it automatically creates a new customer every time.

Hello. Thanks for submitting this. I guess it makes more sense to have some sort of a setting for that, where the user can select which fields are used for customer matching, if any at all.
