Multimapping BAM tag?

Hey Alex,

I just wanted to clarify if the multimapped UMI get properly tagged with the (most likely) GN/GX in the bam file?
I'm currently using the EM mode for multimapping.

Hi Chang,

presently, the multi-gene reads do not get GX/GN tags in the BAM output.
Since they map to multiple genes, I will need to add a comma-separated list of genes.
