"Exclusive Access" label shows even though I've disabled it

As the title says. The label doesn't show up on the channel page, but it does show up on the video page and needs to be manually dismissed even though it shouldn't be showing up in the first place as I've disabled it entirely in the settings.

Can you go to the extension settings -> misc -> copy debug info
