Attribute errors caused by dependency conflicts in "binarize()"

Hi pySCENIC team,

I ran into AttributeError probably caused by dependency conflicts when running "binarize()".
Here's my code:

bin_mtx, thresholds = binarize(auc_mtx) 
bin_mtx.to_csv(BIN_MTX_FNAME) 
thresholds.to_frame().rename(columns={0:'threshold'}).to_csv(THR_FNAME)

And I tried to install different versions of numpy,
when "numpy==1.23.1", the numba can't be imported;
when "numpy==1.24.0" or "numpy==1.26.4", AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'float';
when "numpy==2.2.0", AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'msort'

I appreciate any solution.

Seemed to solve it by modifying the source code np.msort() to np.sort( , axis=0) in "binarization.py" and "diptest.py", and copy them to use directly in my pipeline.
