The correct layer length in TGeo/Root geometry built with incorrect length in the gen1 ACTS tracking geometry

It might be that the barrel volume is smaller than the layer in dimension.
That would cause such a behavior.

This can be closed. It is all fine on the ACTS side. The reason was the incorrect simulation config.
