Parameter Limit for /processes Endpoint

Following https://docs.ogc.org/is/18-062r2/18-062r2.html#toc30 the /processes has as requirement a Parameter limit (7.9.1.2. Parameter limit).
To support this requirement it would probably best to directly change/extend this within the actinia-module-plugin and then adjust accordingly within this plugin here.

The operation SHALL support a parameter limit with the following characteristics (using an OpenAPI Specification 3.0 fragment):

• minimum: 1
• maximum: 10000
• default: 10
